Funding

All sorts have supported and mentored me over the year. Here the BVLD AMS has a table at the Witset Health Fair sharing stories about air quality, learning and sharing the language and culture of the Wet’suwet’en.

I am remiss in thanking the NHA for their Imagine Grant at the end of 2018. They have provided funding for the time and coordination to perform a lot of the interviews here. There is now a catalogue of video, audio and txt messages – all about air quality and how folks cope, use wood heat, what they burn, why and so on. We hope to produce some print materials (and already have) as well as a podcast in the near future. The NHA also has a member serve as a Director on the BVLD AMS. We are grateful for her contributions in an effort to reduce the impacts of poor air. Thank-you for the IMAGINE grant and the opportunity to perform this outreach.
